1. Prayer and Spiritual Nourishment
Prayer has been and will continue to be an integral part of my life. God wants us to take things one day at a time and always seek to encounter peace. Continuing this practice and consistently trying to strengthen my relationship with God gives me strength and the desire to follow His will regardless of the outcome.
2. Achieving Ketosis
Based on my research, there is a growing body of evidence to suggest that cancer is a metabolic disease. Specifically, there are certain foods that we incorporate into our diets that give cancer the fuel it needs to grow. Frequent fasting is important for all people but even more important for those of us with cancer as it restricts the cancer cells access to the fuel it requires to grow and on top of that, the body can experience healing and something known as cellular autophagy (damaged cell death) during extended fasts. Through fasting and continued diet modifications, achieving and maintaining Ketosis is an important piece of the health equation towards the continued batting with cancer since this diet seeks to greatly restrict sugar and carbohydrates, glucose, the fuel of cancer.
Fasting - frequently
Week 1/Once a month: 72-160 hour fast
Weekly: 48 hour fast
Daily: Intermittent fasting (eating window = 12pm – 6pm; ideally maintaining Ketones 2.4 mmol/L or above)
Diet and Nutrition
Ketogenic diet (avoid carbohydrates and sugar)
Organic/Natural foods

3. Supplementation
I have begun taking supplements and repurposed medications which have limited documented evidence and more anecdotal stories of how they have supported and eliminated cancer. For me, the alternative to not giving these things a shot would be a detriment to my goals of defeating this disease.

4. Detox/Wellness
Overall health and well-being go a long way towards self-improvement physically, mentally, and spiritually. With life challenges and suffering, it is essential to stay motivated and continue to improve oneself, one day at a time. Incorporation of generally accepted well-ness activities can make a world of difference in overall health.

Infrared Sauna
Heat can kill cancer cells and certainly can weaken cancer cells and as a result, makes them more vulnerable. Saunas boost immune function and detox pathways. It enhances the effects of fasting and metabolic therapy.
I purchased a portable infrared sauna (~$230) and aim to use it daily. This is and was an extremely cost effective on more convenient means to getting a daily sauna.
Red Light Therapy
Supports mitochondrial function and tissue repair.
Exercise
Research has shown that exercise after diagnosis greatly increases survival.
